Remodel Your Garden

Sometimes the simplest things make all the difference.  You may be amazed by how some simple improvements to your landscaping is like donning a new wardrobe for the season.  After an initial consultation to determine the scope of work to be done, a typical engagement follows these steps:

• GardenScapes makes recommendations of new plants to install and creates a proposal of the costs associated with the new plants

• Client reviews proposals and plants selected for approval

• GardenScapes purchases the plants and places the plants for installation and oversees installation for larger projects that include hardscape, sprinklers and installation of new grass.

Some clients choose to use their personal gardener to install plants. GardenScapes can subcontract out the installation of the plants and include it in the proposal.

Staging for Sale
Staging for Sale

With the value of real estate in Northern California, it makes a lot of sense when putting your home on the market to enhance its curb appeal with an appealing garden.  Staging for resale can include just updating potted plants, adding annual color to brighten up the house and installing mulch to refresh the flower beds to a complete over haul of the front yard to improve curb appeal.
